As a self-proclaimed "master networker," partnering with my Dad in 2012 to create The Mitchell Group Real Estate Team, felt like a natural progression for me once I graduated from Regis University (Denver, CO). Born & raised in the Phoenix/Scottsdale corridor, I have first-hand knowledge & experience of the many different suburbs/areas and provide my clients with the most up-to-date, "boots on the ground" advice & information.

In addition to having excellent negotiation tactics and current market knowledge, I am currently serving on the "National Rethink Council" which is an invitation-only real estate task force/networking group created by Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices to make sure it’s agents are staying ahead of the curve with market trends. I am also a designated member of the Berkshire Hathaway Luxury  Collection for the amount of luxury properties I sell each year.

My drive (from playing collegiate basketball) comes from more than just a need to win. I am actively involved in a non-profit, Teach One to Lead One, where I mentor at-risk youth in schools around the valley. I am passionate for creating leaders in the community and giving hope to those who are less fortunate. I also use real estate as a catalyst to give back and donate a portion of every sale to this life-changing organization.

Outside of work, my favorite thing to do is spend time with my son, Callan aka Cal Pal! I also enjoy any activity that involves watches, cars or sports.
